· Donation Amount - Support in any amount is most welcome and is a contribution to furthering the high quality of education in Michigan. Donations have ranged from $300 to $10,000 – NME appreciates and honors all those who have and/or continue to support the work of NME.
· Levels of Donation Recognition – The four levels of donation recognized on the website, all publications, at the Annual Banquet, and at the Conference are:

In addition to the major contributors listed previously the primary source of funding that supports the NME members comes from the members themselves in the from of paying their own expenses and in many cases paying their school districts for their substitutes in order to participate. This is becoming increasingly difficult for many teachers who make up 95% of the network membership and is the most significant block for many who do not attend or participate.
- Donations are tax deductable. All donors who request one will be provided a letter from MEIM confirming their denotation to the Network (MIEM is a 501c3 Nonprofit – contact NME or MIEM for their tax number).
