Network Sponsor Solicitation for Members Only
The Network Steering Committee encourages everyone to assist in the raising of funds for the Annual Conference and/or the on-going opreration of the Network itself. The Network is providing you with the current solicitation letter in Word format which you can modify as needed to approach possible sponsors. The printable documents below may also be used for mailings or to hand to a potential sponsor. For additional information read through and/or refer potential sponsors to the "Sponsor the Network" button on the home page. You will note that all donations a must be made through our fiscal agent, MIEM, as defined in the sponsorship information.

Click on the documents below to read, print, or save a Sponsorship Brochure for 2007. One is a tabloid size folder that can be printed on a wide bed printer on 11x17 paper and the other is a four page letter sized document for regular printers with standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Both are best printed in color. .

For providing support to the Network, sponsors receive:

Inclusion of their Logo and information in the Conference Book

Inclusion of their Logo and information on table tents and Easel signs

Verbal recognition at Conference plenary sessions and at the Banquet

Free booth/display space for the duration of the conference

Inclusion of their logo and Information on the NME website for one year

Inclusion of their logo and information with thanks in the report to the State board of Education and in all othe public reports.
